Our warranty is named as ‘Maxus Warranty’ under our brand name, which has two grades for our standard customers and upgraded customers respectively.

n Warranty period: One year for all of our products;

n Coverage: Warranty covering all defects in material and workman craft, excluding certain easily wearable parts, such as vehicle cover, wheels and tires, bulbs, seal cushion etc.;

n Parts delivery: As for our upgraded customers, parts locally stocked in our warehouse or logistics center will be delivered within 2 working days after warranty matter confirmed; and other parts not stocked locally will be delivered by air within 5 working days after.

II> After-sale Support:

n Technical support: Service representative is assigned to be in charge of a certain region; all your technical questions will be replied within 2 hours our working time;

n End-user’s feedback: End-users of our products have alternative ways to submit any feedback: website, email, any messenger, or phone call; all questions and problems from end-users we will answer and solve together with our dealer;

III> Shipment:

We will provide with shipment to your door if you wish; no extra cost will be charged in each shipment besides the total cost quoted right from our forwarder.
